The air conditioning was out for two days, making the heat unbearable, and there was no maintenance available to resolve the issue. Additionally, the toilet malfunctioned and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. While we were finally offered a different room on the second day, having to pack up groceries and clothes for four people was very inconvenient. The inconsistency in service was frustrating, especially after repeatedly asking to speak to a manager without success.
